If you have forgotten your password, there is an option to recover your password using the "Forgot?" button on the login page. Once pressed, an email will be sent to your email address with instructions to reset your password.
If you have received a file, but have not set up your password yet, open the email containing the sent file and select "Click here to view." You will be redirected to the login page or Embershot. Click "Forgot?" and set up a new password for your free account.
