Step 1: Click the account icon in top right corner
Step 2: Click on ‘Account Settings’
Step 3: Click on 'Billing & Subscriptions'
Step 4: Click 'Upgrade Now'
Step 5: Enter payment info and select ‘Subscribe’
Step 6: If you would like to then create a project you can do so by then clicking the 'Create Project' button
